Rebecca Ramsey has been managing our properties for 3 years now. When we approached Rebecca to manage our Burleigh Heads house and tenants, I was greatly surprised to experience her level of customer service. We really appreciated the high level of communication. We found Rebecca so wonderful to deal with we insisted she manage our newly acquired house in Kingscliff NSW. I have never looked back and when notified Rebecca was establishing her own management company, I immediately notified the firm she represented that I would be moving my property with her. I have never had to follow Rebecca up on anything. She is reliable, efficient and has the upmost respect for both landlords, tenants and the properties she manages.

My husband and I had sold our unit and were getting quite nervous as to what we were able to rent. After dealing with several agents that just were so un helpful including on site managers who really were the worst to deal with, we came across Rebecca. She had a unit to lease which she had on the net for a very short time. I sent her an email and was delighted to actually get communication within a very short time, we made arrangements to view the unit as she was prompt and very professional. I immediately wanted to secure the property and she help me do that every step of the way as we had never rented before other agents made it seem like a maze. Rebecca help with all the relevant paperwork and had us approved and able to access the property within a week. We have now been in the property for 4 months, in which time a couple of small items have needed attention when I have let her know it’s been promptly dealt with. She has demonstrated a professional and friendly manner and I can highly recommend her to handle any property that she is involved with.
